    Hi, I'm doing some rewireing of the phone wires in my home.I have the main line coming from outside to a box, then from a bix it goes into my basement to thies wierd looking black boxish thing, with 4 terminals on it.I'm ditching the phone lines upstairs, and I'm going to have 2 lines total: one going to the living room, and one to the kitchen.Right now I have the original, 53 year old, round phone wire, not even in the walls, it's stapled along the molding, and going to those dumb little boxes with the plug on the bottom. I got 2 new outlets. For cabling, I heard Cat5 will be better/cleaner than standard phone cable. Is this true? If so, what kind of cat5 should I get (5, 5e, 6, ect)Any tricks to hooking it up? (specific colored wires to use, ect) Any help will be apprecited. I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.     HI, I'm asking this because i'm about to move my computer a considerable distance (up a floor, through three rooms). I've noticed that when i run the phone line through something (like my UPS's port) or a splitter, I get constant disconnections. I'm not sure if these are distinct issues, or if they are interrelated in some way.Would I be able to just buy a really long phone cable, plug it directly into the phone jack (kinda like what i have now) the only variable being cable length?     Hi, we have received feedback from several users that they have difficulties to pair Ticwatch to iPhone after updating to iOS11. Since this is a beta version, the pairing issue might be caused by some fundamental changes from Apple in terms of data transfer function. Currently, we are analyzing this issue and will need some time to find the root cause. Before further notice, we would not recommend you to update to iOS 11 beta from a risk perspective.
